Carstairs is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Carstairs can help with reminders, research, calendar management, writing, and general questions. The service is provided on an "as is" basis during our beta period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Carstairs. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these terms.

3. Account and Access

During the closed beta period:

• Access is by invitation only
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to share your access with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Carstairs to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious content

5. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the emails you send to Carstairs. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our service. AI-generated drafts are provided for your use and editing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Carstairs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose
• The service will meet your specific requirements

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated drafts before sending.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carstairs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Carstairs is currently in closed beta. This means:
